This website

The demo-request form collects your name, contact details and message solely so we can respond. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell or share enquiry data.

The product

CCTV footage is processed and stored on equipment inside the subscribing store. It is not uploaded to or stored on our cloud platform.
Face-recognition watchlists are operated by the subscribing retailer as data controller, with evidence requirements, 12-month automatic expiry, an appeals process and access audit logging built into the system.
Platform metadata is hosted in UK data centres.
Subject access and appeal requests relating to a specific store should be directed to that store, as controller. We support retailers in fulfilling them.
