Subscriptions are flat-priced per store, billed monthly, on a rolling basis after the initial term.
The subscribing retailer is the data controller for CCTV footage and watchlist data; Retail Theft provides the system and acts as processor for platform metadata.
Detection is an aid to staff, not a guarantee. Alerts require human confirmation and the service must not be used as the sole basis for detaining any person.
Ban-list network participation is subject to approval and to fair-use and accuracy obligations; entries require attached evidence.
